CANCELLATION POLICY
Baseline Cancellation Fee I charge a cancellation fee of 50% for any no-shows OR cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment for all of my clients. I do understand situations arise and life is very hard sometimes and I will be willing to help you navigate rescheduling and being put on the cancellation list. Late to an appointment? Communicate to me via text or call if you will be any amount of time late to your appointment. Being even minutes late with no communication is unacceptable.
